DuPage repeats as NJCAA champions

UTICA, N.Y. - The College of DuPage successfully defended its crown with a repeat NJCAA Division III Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship, marking the program's eight national title overall. The Chaparrals amassed 142.5 points to edge runner-up Mineral Area Community College by ten points. Joliet Junior College was third with 105.5 points, followed by Harper College in fourth with 72.0 points. Triton College finished with six points to complete the representation of Region 4 at the national meet. Mallory Dominguez was named NJCAA Coach of the Year. (Recaps: NJCAA | DuPage | Joliet)

2026 NJCAA Division III Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships Final Results

DuPage's championship effort was led by freshman Kailee Rodeck, who took gold in the pole vault with a meet record 3.60m (11-9 3/4) height. The Chaps also counted a pair of runner-up relay teams in the 4x400m and 4x800m events, while also placing third in seven other events.

Joliet Junior College secured a national title in the 4x800m relay as Gabby Zid, Allison Behounek, Maura Cecich, and Vivienne Forte crossed the finish line first. Kasey Ledinsky, a sophomore from Harper College, was the top Hawks finisher as she stood atop the podium for the 3000m Steeple Chase.
